activity, an essential complement :
Every morning, from Tuesday to Friday, a " sea hike ",
the aim of which is educational and cardiorespiratory
(breathing with natural aerosols for about 1 hour and
a half). These hikes also enable you to discover the surrounding
environment, the costline and the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay
(with a guide)*.
Everyday, from Tuesday to Friday, a group gymnastics course
adapted to you and based on balance and support work.
